From Generation to Generation, Episode 8: The Dark Master's Plot

The final round comes to a close! Seizan faces off against Shinsei but their fight is interrupted by two warriors, allegedly under the guidance of Ousho. After easily defeating and absorbing Seizan, one of the two fighters is confronted by Kyo, while the other mysteriously disappears. Kyo easily defeats the fighter but isn't allowed to finish it. Seizan later awakens in a cave, gaining a new power at the cost of his Super Saiyan powers. Back on the refugee planet, Kyo and Shinsei are faced with a life or death situation, just as Seizan comes back. Armed with his new power, can he defeat this new enemy?
