What brand are those chargers and where can I buy them for my project?
steemy2 2 years ago
@steemy2 - These chargers ended up not working for me. I eventually ended up with a pair of "Pro Sport 20 +". I bought them locally from ACME Battery here in Hamilton, but they are available almost anywhere. They are marine style chargers that do 3 batteries each and work even with the 6 batteries in series. These videos make it look easy, because you don't show yourself doing the work.

If I did that, nobody would try it ;>)
Seriously, it's not as bad as it looks. The worst part by far was removing and disposing of all of the ICE parts - what a pain. If nothing else, I have learned that the standard internal combustion powered vehicle is a very complicated and parts-heavy beast. There is a lot of "stuff" that makes a gasoline engine run, and still they are incredibly inefficient. Ken.
