A very easy treat for bread lovers like me. P3 Recipe

1/4 C. Flaxseed Meal
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Packet Stevia
1 Egg
1 tsp. butter, softened
Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. In a coffee mug mix butter and eggs and beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Cook in microwave or 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Let it cool slightly and then slice up. Great with butter

Variation - add a few pieces of chopped apple.

  • @chamirose I would wait until week 2 and then just have a slice and see how you do. It's a very healthy bread, but I have found out that peeps eat the whole loaf. not recommended. lol
