Whut if your sick and the now is a horrible time. Are you supposed to live in that momnet of pain. Or if your dying.  Do you live in that moment. The power of now is cool and all when your not in pain. But when you are, you dont wanna live in taht moment for a second.

This is definitely a dilemma for people who are in an unhappy moment. There is another video in this collection that deals with that question. In a nutshell, it is is about going underneathe the moment itself and finding out what is unaffected by the unhappy moment, that which doesn't change, happy or unhappy moments, there is something that remains the same underneathe the experience. That is where peace is, where you really live.

aldezmail: Excellent rhetorical question! Always fun to wonder what the mysteries of the universe are, look at all angles... The answer is, we don't really know while we're living as humans! But experiences come in your life that reveal the mysteries of the universe and then you simply know beyond a doubt. You only know by experience what feels true. Suddenly, there are moments where you see right through the illusion of time and space, and it becomes so clear. Til then, one can only speculate!

excellent. i recently went by a christian billboard that asked "Where will you spend eternity?" .... where will you SPEND eternity?!! .. how do you spend something that is infinite?! yet many people believe that sort of thing. indeed, it is this linear perspective that is incredibly hard for the human mind to overcome.
