@layers123 Bloody hell. Sorry I asked. Hardcore is dead when you make it sound like academic bollocks, not when a band like Ninebar decide to make a fun video like this. Just so you know, they don't take any of these lyrics at all seriously.

@lloydthedestroyer Of course; AF and Cro-mags are two of my favoite nyhc bands. My point been however that unlike early AF (VIP and United Blood), these lryics are nonsense. Early AF put forward ideas of unity and social injustice where as these dudes only talk about they go about kicking peoples heads in. Also, you need to look at NYHC contextually to really understand the choice of lryics at the time; in reference to social and political issues in the city at that time.

Everyone on the outside of this sees something this band isnt. The real truth is this band has been part of something that alot of people that have seen this video wouldnt understand. I saw these guys about 8 years ago and they are still together. strong.
these guys have played gigs in the most DIY places around London you wouldnt believe.
THIS IS HARDCORE.
