Yet another example of China not making any sense. OK so I can understand wanting Zelda 3 in Mandarin so do a ROM hack of the original, why a remake for a previous system, am I missing something?!

Real question is why so late? I would understand if it were 1994 back when the SFC cost money, & a bunch of piraters made a bunch of crappy Street Fighter clones.
