This system sounds correct, but its an illusion,we would assume efficiency gains increase by having a central server. But this will cause a new security problem. The security will decrease unless the productive data flow (i.e liberty of user inputs) by a user/worker is allowed to be free. If the productivity of data flows is inhibited then security will decrease. Sadly market share would decline slowly due to organisational productive decline due to competition from more tech advanced rivals.
