  • @NCXify the trick is to get your lead leg down quickly and bring your trail leg far forward with your knee high

  • omg that guy at 2:00 reminds of a meet when i was runny the 200m, we were about to start and there was an elderly woman on the track, the refs tried to get her off but she didnt speak english and kept coming back on the track haha
