The police aren't meant to Taser people who aren't being threatening, and he had stopped being threatening.
They tasred him 4-5 times, is that really sensible?
Why didn't they try CPR? thats common sense.
He had been there a long long time, and maybe became less rational over time.

I feel sorry for the guy, but in the longer video, you see that he was throwing things at the glass before the cops arrived. Why? Where was his mother? Why didn't he have plans to be picked up, or take a taxi, or something, when he landed? Why didn't he have a phrase book so he could ask for help or an interpreter? I don't know if Vancouver is the same, but SFO has interpreters of numerous languages.
It is tragic, but I feel most rational people would never end up in that situation.

actually he was confused after 10 hour of waiting on airport and not able to speak english and waiting for a member of family who could speak.But airport management instead of helping him left him in lounge,for 10 hours
How could you feel being left in place where no one speaks your language and then surrounded by their police and being fired with that teaser gun?
Be glad that nowadays everyone would try to speak english for you.Some people can't get that chance
