Left 4 Dead Shortcut - No Mercy: The Sewers

[This is old and outdated]

*I MAKE NO CLAIM IN FINDING THIS SHORTCUT*

Few people know about this door on the third level of the No Mercy campaign. Even fewer people know you can simply melee it open from the front to skip the panic event entirely. Normally the door is opened by a button at the back after the lift is activated.

Well, you can avoid an entire horde with it and possibly heighten your score with less health wasted. That's what I call a shortcut.

fail lol, this still works for all game modes in 360 version. i did on survival after breaking it and me and my friends rushed to the sewers and over to the hospital safe room. survived for almost 45 minutes :)
