@bizadfar i've heard that the ls1 is 50lb lighter than a 13b rotary, idr how much lighter than the stock motor it is if it is.. but shit if it's lighter than the rotary why not?

@bizadfar The stock Miata engine is only 75lbs lighter than an LS1. The Miata has an iron block. The LS1 is all aluminum.

i think he means nose heavy. I know the LSx are really light engines esp for V8s but I don't know about stock miata engines.

I fail to see how too much power will cause under steer, if anything it will cause over steer when that rear end starts breaking free from all the torque.
