Omnisphere contains all of the sounds from Atmosphere, plus a few thousand new sounds, so that alone makes Omnisphere better.
On top of that there's an amazing new synth engine, and the fact that many of the sounds in Omnisphere are samples of instruments that were made especially for it (a piano that's on fire, bass guitar strings stretched over a bedside table, even an instrument that's made by recording the sound of a lightbulb) so many of the sounds in Omnisphere are very unique!

oh its good' but guess what? the program is 40 gigs in size i swear! The omnisphere official page tells you that so the question is do you have the space for omnisphere?
