Nightmare at Heathrow

Queue to get airside at Terminal 3, on November 30th. As far as I know their was nothing usual going on, other than the new security measures on liquids that had started a couple of months back. I'd rather take my chances with a bomb than have to deal with crap. The queue goes round the whole terminal and starts at the car park!

I remember that I was on my way to Newark and I was stuck there for 2 hours it was horrid

Flew in Summer 2007 and departure was perfect, quick queues and a normal experience. However on the way back it was chaos, there was huge queues literally everwhere, the toilets, the elevators, passport checks, security checks.
