@Snowy042 Seconded. If you bury yourself in WoW 24/7, you have other problems. Might as well have been Everquest or now Old Republic. Also, it's never a waste of time afaik if you're having fun.

sorry man but it's not an epic account, just an account.

@inconsistanttruth It was at the time I quit. The point is it had a lot in it that made it even harder to quit but not impossible. Thanks for watching.

I'm sorry, but I have to say this... You guys are all idiots. The only reason you think this is a big deal is because you let WoW control you and take over you. It's not the game's fault you can't balance WoW and your lives. I'm a gamer, and I play WoW 2-4 times a week, among other games like Minecraft. I like games, and I will always like games... But I can still see my friends IRL, I can still go to the movies with my wife. The game doesn't control you... You MAKE the game control you...

@Snowy042 Jesus Christ thank you!
IMO a fantasy game (not just wow), will always be the same degree as any book you read. It's a story that amounts to nothing but memories and beliefs that can be used in whatever way the mind deems so. It does not force you to play/read, it does not steal life.
Time and memories are what you make out of it =)
The addiction is nonexistent. The sub-world might become real.
{I played wow and enjoyed it but man, can only learn so much from one source}

@WateryIce54321 The problem is a lot of folks let that fantasy become a big part of their reality as they get absorbed in the game, for more than one reason. The addiction is real and deadly.
Thanks for watching and sharing.

@Snowy042 I never blamed the game for my lack of self control when I played it. I WAS an idiot. No more. I quit almost 2 years ago, helped many do the same, have my own business now. You are still playing wow, 'in control' of course. Good for you.
