The defendant posted the pictures, right? So why @ 12:10 does the plaintiff say, "Mrs. McDaniel had no knowledge that this picture was posted to our website."?

@Sisterofsorrow - Defendant claims to have left of he own free will. When she admitted that she had a lawsuit pending against the Dentist, probably for wrongful termination which proved she's a liar - so JJ assumed she lied about everything and awarded the plaintiff. Only JJ would know if she thought to ask that question at the last second, or saved it to catch her off-guard.

The defendant is a wicked woman, who looks down on others and seems to be looking for easy money by creating problems on work place to be fired - so she could sue - or pushing employees to the point where they want to strike her - so she could sue. She is probably just lazy. Excellent judgement on J.J's part - both in the case, and her judgement of the character of the defendant.

@Nero619ful because the white lady claimed she left the job on good terms with the doctor but then judge judy asked her if she had a law suit against the doctor?? she said yes she did,why would she have a law suit against the doctor if she left on good terms like she claimed?? caught in her lie
