In my opinion, traitor obama is purposely and maliciously delaying the reinforcement of our troops, and when he finally made his "decision" he decided AGAINST his own general, and sent less than the minimum requested, Not ONE single troop has arrived to reinforce. obama hates america whele you idiots hem and haw about his competence. its not a mater of competence. its a matter of malicious intent. he LIES and says hes working on it. maybe he WANTS them to die.
