  • Correct, it is 1999 because in 1997 ICI sponsored the dogs, and in 1998 it was Orica (same company as ICI, just renamed). In 1999 Vodafone sponsored the Dogs.

  • No, it couldn't have been, has to have been 97 or higher, that's a "Western Bulldogs" jumper at about 1:50, and back then they were still footscray and didn't have the dog on the front.
