Now with annotations!
This is my own MIDI version of the famous 組曲ニコニコ動画 (Kumikyoku Nico Nico Douga). This was transcribed, with some edits, from the piano duet arranged by Peter Johnston (see links below for sheet music).
I would say that recording this was more trouble than it was worth, but then I'd be lying. However, it was by no stretch easy. After battling kernel mode video driver crashes (curse you Nvidia, and your buggy 197.45 driver update), resetting from blue screens, and slaving for hours in front of a hot encoder, I was finally able to get the song to record through without interruption and encode successfully. Which is ironic, because it was the audio, and not the video, that was the problem in the first place. (This is why, even though YouTube cut off the last note, I will not re-upload this video. Waaaaay too much work.)
I originally started working on this piece when my freshman year of college was winding down, and finals were upon me. I worked on it off and on over the summer (one or two pieces of the medley at a time) and finally finished it toward the end of summer school in August. As much as I like transcribing to MIDI, there's only so much I can do in one sitting.

Nvidia - for releasing a buggy driver update and making my life miserable
Windows 7 - for gracefully recovering from Nvidia's driver crashes...most of the time
SUPER Converter - for taking forever to encode my video and failing to encode them 75% of the time
Hey Man - good work on this... Didn't know my transcription was still floating around cyberspace.
