@invasionsend that's a good point, the other thing worth considering is that he had a serious back injury near the end of his second IC title reign and had to take a long break from the ring during his prime, when he finally came back the WWF didn't give him much of a push at all and he wrestling mid-card most of the time

@lhwchamp We were at that one in Orlando, and had heard it was going to be a "Perfect" Rumble. I was not at all happy with the outcome. I am actually on screen ringside when Hogan was celebrating. I had the Warrior paint on and a sign. Kept telling Hogan he was old and needed to retire. lol

@cpthurme agreed, and until Hogan pulled a power-play backstage Perfect was even pencilled in to win the 1990 Royal Rumble

@BatBobOmb Not sure other than he was around during the Hogan run and not too many people ever wore the belt other than him during that time.
