@hillarywillson : Yes, reducing body heat is one of the main purposes of this exercise. Usually 10-20 Sitali breaths should be sufficient. You can do this exercise 1-5 times per day.

@shah0333 There are two ways you can roll your tongue - horizontally and vertically. Do it the way it works best for you.
