This is rubbish.
Nothing has been built apart from a few Russian hotels and roads to nowhere. Lovely plans but complex will now never be built. Look on Google earth. 27° 1'12.27"N 33°53'39.11"E and compare with plans. We went Nov 2011 and this view is up to date.

@scancefra, we are a UK based agent currently selling Mamma Mia if you would like to see the brochure, floor plans prices etc... please reply. The prices are from €40,000 for a 1 bed but will be rising by 5% on the 22nd July 2010.
