Here is more footage of my Japanese friend Kazuo, towing a Uni-Go Trailer behind a Suzuki GSXF1100 Sports Tourer, in Northern New South Wales, Australia. This gives you a good look at what a Uni-Go rides like behind the bike at speed. The hitch set-up on the GSXF1100 isn't perfect, as the rear subframe of the GSXF1100 was infamously weak. If strengthened, it will perform even better than it does already. The trailer had about 35kg of weight in it, at this time. (

SPECIAL NOTE:
Let the incident in this video be a warning to all other riders....of the importance of turning your head to check your blind spot, before you change lanes. It also proves the importance of anticipating what is going to happen ahead, before it happens. In this case, my friend didn't respond to the slower truck which was forced to merge into his lane, and he then failed to turn his head to check his blind spot, before he attempted to move into the fast lane to pass it. He was very lucky on this occasion, not to be hit by the faster car in the right lane. Lesson to be learned = Anticipate ; Prepare early....check your blind spot...and then move into the fast lane. Don't leave it until it's too late to do so.

  • The trailer is a single wheeled trailer that was manufactured in New Zealand. We're about to start manufacturing a superior yet cheaper version of it, called UNISON, here in Australia.

The bike towing that trailer is a 1988 model GSXF1100 Suzuki.

  • Yes, but A, is it stable at say 80-120 mph an B, can I still wheelie with it? Hmmm. I like it but don't think it's exactly what I need in a bike trailer. Good design an very practicle though a bit over priced.

  • Thats awesome

It appears to handle well ehind your bike, what type of bike is it.
