This music video though the song is as old as I am still addresses the problems we still face in America even now. It addresses that all are sinful in the sight of God and how we have fallen away since the founding of our nation.

People may resent but this is the absolute truth. That is the main factor to why nation in the immoral state it is now. We have lost sight of what is really right and wrong to what we think it be, which does not the standard that God set up. God longs for us to come to Him and accept the forgiveness that God paid for us through His son Jesus. It is only at that point that we realize God sets up boundries to deprive us, but to protect us.

Actually. Jefferson used phrase "separation betwen church and state" in January 1, 1802 private letter to Baptists in Danbury, CT, not in Constitution. First Amendment "Establishment Clause:" was never intended to censor expression of faith. It was solely response to the British tax and legal privileges of Anglican Church. In fact, First Amendment gave greatest freedom of religious expression, even within govt - as evidenced in many govt bulidings up to WW II.

The evils perpetrated by those claiming Christian faith were done in spite of Biblical directives to love one another and follow example of Christ. History shows that Muslims gave worse than they got in the Crusades, and atheists of various stripes - Mao, Lenin and Stalin, Pol Pot, Castro etc. have killed massive amounts more people as direct result of faith in no God. In US - variety of Christians have contributed to stable, civil society since founding of the country.

I have often wondered why the conservatives are called the “right” and the liberals are called the “left.”

By chance, I stumbled upon this verse in the Bible:

Ecclesiastes 10:2 (NIV)

“ The heart of the wise inclines to the right,

but the heart of the fool to the left .”

Hmmm, I guess that sums it up pretty well...

Okay when is it that atheists have a doctrine? Their doctrine is no doctrine, in other words you don't believe in God and the moral codes He set up so they can do whatever you want. Violent crime, teen pregnancy, and abortion rates are the result of people who want to what they want to do without a thought of who they might hurt in the process. This is the same with Satlin and others like him who will do anything to remain in power even if it means murder. Please cite your sources

Look the founding fathers were human so they had imperections. And to be honest we Americans today are not either. I don't know of anyone that would say it is okay to have slaves. Frankly I would say they are incredibly decieved in thinking owning another human is okay. Also I am a CHRISTIAN first before I am an AMERICAN considering the direction this country is going. I fear for the state of the family: children being raised in borken homes, parents in jail, and sex before marriage
