Huey was one of the most popular session pianists in New Orleans during the 50's and his work can be heard on many other recordings including those by Lloyd Price, Smiley Lewis, & others. But, of course, he recorded on his own as well, and in the winter of 1958 he struck gold with "Don't You Just Know It". Bobby Marchan does the lead vocal on this recording.

Nocaro, you've done it again. I love this song, but I'd never have found it if I'd looked for it because I didn't know the name of the song or who sang it. Thanks for making me smile.
