As far as your civil disobedience goes, if you had a camera, then you might try to get a copy of the alleged judge's order (that didn't have a signature or a seal). I'd be concentrating on the authenticity of the order itself, and the RSA statute that relates to it. Btw, do you know if Dave petitioned the court five days in advance to allow for a recording of the proceedings? That's a question that I've had in my mind since first hearing of all these bogus arrests.

I missed any protests today as I am trying to figure out what to do with my own civil dis defense and that of the others (including Sam who apparently was beaten by the thugs, ah I mean "cops"... sorry; my bad.)

I've never heard more fireworks (literally fireworks) in my life, not even in Independence Day. Someone in Keene dropped a big-fat-few pounds of gold on that.

I was at Tax Day '08 in Washington, DC (Ron Paul was there) last April 15th Lumpy - to protest the FIT. Unfortunately, it wasn't a real large crowd - maybe 1000 people. But Tom Crier's organization (Truth Attack) had protests at post offices all over the country which was quite a success. I'm just happy to see a mass movement of people finally emerging from the shadows, becoming aware of, and showing their profound dissatisfaction with just how badly everyone is getting f-cked over by the Feds.
