I was surprised how much fruit he used. Most kids in the US would have did the opposite. Almost all ice cream, with a few pieces of fruit on top. If that. He's adorable. =)

Karen, your son is just adorable and so are you! I love how down to earth, straight forward and 'real' you are in all of your videos - I can totally relate. It was really nice to see your son and to see the special bond between you both. My son is just two this month and he eats alot of raw foods with some cooked veg foods too. I'm so grateful for this way of life! Much love and raw happiness to you both on this amazing path of life. xox

@TheBellaTenenbaum He's vegetarian and he eats a lot of raw but like most kids has definite likes and dislikes.

I think this is a cute video and love the dessert! This is one that I could pass off for friends! Are you going to come out with a special raw food type diet for kids. I would love to have my kids on a mostly raw diet (when the time comes) but didn't know how it could be done in a healthy manner. Thanks!

@tanpm0620 That's cool because I had him 3 weeks before I turned 30 : ) He's 8 years old one week from today. I can hardly believe it.
