Mike Richards DESTROYS David Booth (HD)

Booth did NOT have his head down. He glanced to the side for a SECOND to make a pass, and Richards came from a blindside and nailed him. He didn't even look when he hit, as he was turned around. RECKLESS hit that should be actioned by the league. Hits are one thing - Kronwall on Havlat, Christensen on Bergeron, the Kessel hit, the Toews hit - but this one was a blindside hit on a defenseless player who COULDN'T see him coming, and he merely glanced to the side for a split second.

It was a clean hit. Booth had his head down, it was his own fault. There shouldn't have been a penalty on the play. Plus Richards didn't get suspended, he just got a game misconduct, get your facts straight.
