No retard my reasoning is the guy is slow AND a douchebag. I have seen Dodge Neon SRT-4, a slow car compard to that vette, pull 1:30's and be STOCK. The guy never even gets the tires to chirp. He's a douchebag with a nice car that will never be able to drive the thing like it was made to be driven.
