Thanks for watching. Most of what i'm doing is pretty basic and want to show others that BBQ can be pretty simple.

nice vid! i have a traeger pellet smoker, something you should try is injecting the meat with a meat injector.. i inject it with a mix of apple juice apple cider vin, garlic powder and soy sauce.. u can mix it up with whatever u want.. thats what BBQ is all about!!

@TheCoop1988 Thanks for watching. Ya I actually use a pretty basic injection for my pork and brisket. It really helps.

@inwood1000 Ya it is really simple and what is great is that you can change it around to exactly how you like it. It is a good "base" rub.

Do you use an electric smoker or wood?

The ones in this video are electric, though I just bought a charcoal water smoker call the ProQ Excel 20, which is very similar to the Weber Smokey Mountain smokers.
