Wind OS simulates the US of the famous OS. It's an app under Entertainment category but the browser and Mine Sweeper actually works. There are quotes of Bill Gates hidden somewhere in the app. Try it and see if you can find them

Yes. It is available in the USA. But you must be at least 17 to download it from iTunes.
