dont compare a human brain with and animal....i am medical doctor the moment you cut all the nerves arteries and viens the brain didn't feel any sense of pain and the movement of animal is due to the gush of flow of blood and the spinal cord is remained intact so it pumps the heart and the blood which is the main source of germs is drawn out of the body so mashallah islam is even kind to animal mashallah islam is great

Anyway, I don't encourage blood sacrifices, I don't like to see animals getting hurt because of religion or any other cause. But we should have in mind that this is the way they honor their gods.
