About $325,000. Like all new things, its knowledge, skill and abilities (+money). lol With the right instructor learning is fun and not a difficult thing to obtain one's licence.

Did you shove your throttle above 35 in?

It was 5kts or less - enought that it wasn't a glassy water landing, as you can see, the leaves on the trees are not moving much. Take off would be max 36.5
