The Tea Party literally act like children, they complain about taxes during a time in our nation's history when taxes are just about the lowest they've ever been and all without realizing that taxes are the price we pay for living in a civilized society. Complaining about them while enjoying the benefits that a government gives, like stability, infrastructure, and defense, is like eating at a restaurant then staging a protest when the waiter has the nerve to give you the bill!

I just refuted his claim that non-interventionism = isolationism with logic. Obviously the Hitchens fanboys wont like it, but what else can they do but thumbs down me? Define isolationism for me - in the meantime, I'll give you examples of isolationism and non-interventionism once again:

North Korea is isolationist - nobody trades with them and they are extremely hostile.

Switzerland is non-interventionist - they almost never get involved in military conflicts and they trade abundantly.

you should really try to find some other make-believe flaw aside from "Christopher Hitchens is uneducated about isolationism". The man was one of the most rational, well-spoken and educated men ever, period. No one could even come close to winning a debate with him because of the very fact that he knew so much about so many topics. And the analogy you used just doesn't apply to anything he said.
