17 years old....This is mostly my real forearms workout... repeat this 3 times and let me tell you.. its effective.. wait 1 minute after the Negativ reverse curl at the end. Do this training everyday with light weight if you are a begginner. If you are used to it, do 8-10 reps approx... or its up to you ! PS: But the negative reverse curl u cant do it everyday..Make sure you have one day off.. then do it ... off .... etc..

  • when you do the clean motion or whatever towards the end are you using a overhand or underhand grip? overhand im guessing?

  • @jthomase88 you probably dont understand that im not a bodybuilder. I want speed and power for fighting and baseball. My chest lol its in 2010... I benched 335 easy last week. When i say easy it was lol.. shoulder.. lateral raise with 40 lbs.. no cheating I think im ok.

  • People shouldnt overlook forearm strength it is really important in a lot of sports.. I got laughed at in the gym for doing forearm excercises :/
