Have sneak high enough to not be seen as you kill all of them as well as a few sneak perks to improve your chances = You dont gain infamy with them or get attacked. Wich then again = You are the leader of the Legion! Renamed: (Name)'s legion!

can you help me, the best gun i have is a power fist, and a hunting rifle, and i accidentley shot caesar, and it saved, and i didnt have a bakcup, so now i am stuck there, i only have lik 5 stimpacks too, any tips?

No, it isn't hard. All you have to do is kill everyone outside f his tent, then place some mines and c4 on the outside of his tent. Run in, run out, they'll come back out, then get hurt in the mines, then run backwards shooting them or whatever weapon you use. SIMPLE NOT HARD.

Hmn, it apparently is not hard to kill ceaser IF you have to rescue benny, your on good terms with ceaser, go in put C-4 in all their pockets, lay out some bombs and viola, untie benny and detonate, watch the beautiful light and blood show. Eheheheh.
