Lol, he is not trying to be phreak. There is currently no champion spotlight for him, he is just substituting that role just for now... Oh and use your ult then use Baleful, Baleful strike earns Veigar permanent ap for each kill he gets with it.

@LK5869 To be fair.. I have jungled before as veigar. His ganks are stupidly strong if you land your stun.

@luds1234 He doesn't have to be, his primary advantage that I found is that the only two ap items he needs are deathcap and DFG, feel free to build tanky after that.
