Ultra Rare Live TV Performance! This was from a promotional Reel to Reel BETA tape I found in a television station I worked at in the mid 1990's. It was only marked "For Local Affiliates - From your Friends at the Club Vegas" - My assumption is that these promotional videos were made by a music production facility to promote the artists on locally-produced music shows. I really have no idea as to the true origin or specific year!

Always loved this song. Sounds so much like a Motown tune. The chorus, the tamborine, the istrumentation......especially the Baritone Sax solo. All, vintage Motown.
In the teen mags in 1966 Len said he wouldn't perform with The McCoys, Beatles and Herman's Hermits because they appealed to the lowest common denominator! after that he released 4-5-6 ( no joke0 and little was heard from him after that....
@keithallison1 Meaning each band had 4 members? Either way, what a wasted opportunity, seems like this guy can really get down. You know there is a salsa version of this song ( I use to be a musician and played in a salsa band). Both Barry's and the salsa version have one hell of a swing / flavor !
