  • Ryan is great, but these videos are waaay to short to get into the topics he's talking about. Give the guy 5 minutes, will ya?!

  • That's just carb-loading in one day. No one who is educated at all in the tapering and carb loading phases would eat all those carbs the night before.

  • Carbo Loading us bad. It causes you to have a huge unnesseary bowel movement during the race. Eat pasta everyday the week before your race instead.

  • I'm dreading the taper. The carb loading is hard to master.
