Juno, a seven-year old adolescent male beluga whale was transfered to the Mystic Aquarium from SeaWorld Orlando on January 30th, 2010. He likely moved to the aquarium to replace it's elderly male beluga named Inuk, who died of kidney failure a month after Juno's arrival.
I did actually get to see Juno on April 29th when he was doing a training session with one of his new handlers. He is currently in the Arctic Coast exhibit's main pool with an elderly female named Kela while their tank mate Naku was in the beluga encounter pool practicing for the seasonal program with their handlers. I also took pictures of Juno playing with some toys the next day. Please watch, rate, and comment.

Junos move had nothing to do with Inuk. It is a breeding loan. He belongs to MLC not SW.

Juno's actually at Mystic on breeding loan :) That's what I heard last, anyways, from the website and an educater at the aquarium.
