The Beatles fourth Christmas 7" flexi distributed free to their fans through the fan club.
Recorded on 25th November 1966 in the basement studio of Dick James Music at 71, New Oxford Street, London.

This time the free disc given to fans was in the form of a pantomime written by The four lads. It was ten separate items, together with the title song, which was mixed together at Abbey Road on 2nd December 1966 by the writer of the previous Christmas outings, Tony Barrow.

The free flexi also came with a newsletter from the fan club written by Anne Collingham and Freda Kelly (Joint National Secretaries) which describes the making of the track, dedications, and the lyrics to the "songs".
