She's 91 but has the flexibility of a woman less than half her age. And at 92, Bernice Bates is the world's oldest yoga teacher, according to the Guinness Book of World Records. (Dec. 22)

@Alpinex105 I just think promoting health and exercise esp. from a woman of 91 years of age is actually important and newsworthy. News has to cover all facets, not just the deaths and explosions.

Bernice is an inspiration to me! I wish to be healthy and stretchy like her when I'm 91!!! I will keep doing yoga and hope for the best :)
