@MrHav1k Mika and Arsi have retired....Robert was at the 08´ Olympics but didn´t make it to the final...he has had some difficult back problems last couple of seasons, but has now recovered and will hopefully throw 20m+ this year :)

@breanajemison21 no im a high school weight specialist. i dont do spring track. i believe hammer is too light for me to be throwing and my school wont let me use a 12 or 16 lbs hammer when i use the 35lbs weight,,,
