Seriously, we are all being targeted. Doesn't matter your race. Look at the the swine flu. As far as I can tell It is hisapnics who have died from it. Chemtrails are pretty much everywhere now and then there is flouride, aspartame, gmo's, etc.. We are all being targeted.
