@quickdraw12345 The people of Hardin were so desperate and greedy that they were conned by everyone. In their sick desire to become a place where human beings are warehoused like animals and seeped in misery, the town bought into this depraved fantasy. Now, they are stuck with this metal and concrete horror and have to pay its' upkeep to the tune of over $100k/year. It couldn't have happened to a nicer bunch of scumbags. I hereby defecate on these pigs.

The prison is real. Michael Hilton is not. He is a con man. The Town of Hardin was conned, not only just by Hilton, but by the people who sold them the prison in the first place.

APF is a phony company front for a lying crook to bilk money from a dying town. There ARE NO TROOPS. If there were troops in town and tied to this story where are they?
It seems to me that the town and the not so smart spokeswoman have simply fallen victim to the likes of an email scam. We'll give you what you want with bulls**t guarantees but you'll have to give us some money up front. Oh wait we need more money to take care of this. Then off to SPLITSVILLE.
