DCFS is crooked in San Bernardino County!

DCFS/CPS in San Bernardino County needs to open an Internal Affairs Department to handle complaints against social workers who allow kids to go back to foster homes who get dropped off with these marks.

I am amazed they let you film you're own kids and them at thses centres.. What lengths you have to go to to try and document you're own kids pain.. when you should be able to try and enjoy them.. These people need to be made accountable!! Shame on them!!

I never claimed to be a nice person. I'm not. But I'm one heck of a mother and I never go after the innocent: it's instinct. I made that social worker cry in shame after a few visits. I said she's worse than the foster people hurting my kids because she lets it happen. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME ON THE LAZY, FAT HOG!

@AVHICK I hate to break it to you but yes they do! All you need for a warrant is a phone call claiming that there is evidence that the children are in imediate danger. Its not hard to obtain a warrant and I hate to tell you these corrupt CPS workers are really good at lying! I had a friend who had dealing with them. In the end she got her kids back and sued the pants off of the agency...She WON! It was proven that they not only violated her rights but they commited purgery!

Not true. I've interviewed now adults once in Foster Care who were more severely abused in foster care and CPS workers make comments such as I'll make sure you never get your kids back when the goal is reunification. More children die and/or suffer critical abuse in foster care than children who die in swimming pool accidents. Also, keep in mind this is a huge $ mking business from the wrkers to the meds kids are put on. Also, there is trafficking of children. Ck out recent Pasadena story.

Why was this mother's kids taken away. CFS workers do not go around town randmly pulling children for the fun of it...Warrants are required for removal staff meeting happenm, and most of the time the parents are given several warnings before removal.

Why did the worker not seem to care about the mark on her arm? Do they think birth parents make those marks get there themselves even tho they are not around the child?

I hope you get your darling baby back very soon. My daughter lost her first 2 children in the city of Saint Louis, Mo within 50 weeks. The 3rd baby was taken away from her the same day she lost custody in the county of St Louis. That was 6 years ago. My daughter has not lost her parental rights to the 3rd child, but the state refuses to give him back to her. The judge has done everything in his power to keep the child in state's custody. There is no legal reason to terminate her parental rights.
