i am cad user too, a "switch documents button' is a "middle button', so mouse is ok for cad:)

no middle button a bad for me as a CAD drafter
i am used to left right and middle click and of course scroll for zooming. you can reprogram another button for middle click but eh i bought another alot less features but i like the other nano better
