Rick Tubbs / George Miller - Part 4 - Congressional Debate

NOTE: See Rick's closing remarks at 8:15 !! Rick Tubbs is challenging the 35-plus year incumbent George Miller for Congress. My take from this is that Miller is saying, "Look at all the good stuff I've done" and "I just need more time to fix the problems (which were all caused by George Bush)." Then I hear Tubbs say (paraphrased), "Yes, look at what you've done!!" and "If you couldn't fix the problems in 35 years, why should we think you're going to do anything about them now?" Miller concludes and gets one person who claps once. Tubbs finishes up and the crowd explodes! A new day is at hand!
