Yeah. When he was forced to leave Jimmy`s body, he went into his daughter`s body. They share the same blood (Jimmy and his daughter Claire) so they could both hold Castiel. Castiel was going to continue in Claire`s body, but Jimmy begged him to return to Jimmy`s body so that it would free his daughter. I hope that`s clear :)
