A conversation in the forums ( http://www.cosm.co.nz/forums ) sparked me to make this video! Some might find this technique doens't have a purpose for their style, but I thought it's an interesting way to sidechain none the less.

  • TOM IS A BOSS!!

  • i want your envelope knowledge! :)

  • Where did you get DHS loops

  • So, you have to put a gate on the the "ghost" kick so it won't be heard? You can't just make "no buss" it?

  • @BeatsBySammyB

isnt it a standard part of ableton?

  • @BeatsBySammyB why wouldnt you use operator?

  • yeah, inspiring. I looked for the sidechain and learned how to make a kick and a base (and lot of other little things). Thanks man!

  • Sweet as Tom good stuff once again ;) Cheers!

  • @amatordehiphop There are no vsts that come with ableton, they are unofficial plugins, you must find your own and place them in your defined vst folder.
