All you do is shoot microwaves @ 90 degrees towards the ionasphere & use ionasphere as a mirror then have a receiver on the ground just over the horizon. An example of this is microwave plasmas, place lit candle on saucer then place an upturned glass on top and place in microwave oven and turn on high, the Plasma that forms is the basis of the Tokamak Plasma reactor. What you could do is couple - Earth to +Ionasphere shoot an Ion Laser beam powerful enough to reach Ionasphere and extract energy
